Sports nutrition’s my
passion
I have been coaching athletes and performance artists understand and translate the power of nutrition into their daily lives.
My background is in Sport and high performance systems. In 2016, I became the first ever full-time Performance Dietitian at Cricket Victoria, after spending 4 years building up the Men’s , Women’s and Academy nutrition systems from scratch.
Alongside this work, I have contributed to the AFL and AFLW Academies, as well as assisted in the set up of the Performance Nutrition catering system at the Western United A-League Football Club.
Drawing on my past life a gymnastics coach, I have found purpose in offering nutrition advice and guidance with a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
Wholistic Approach
I practice a health & performance behaviour driven, Non-Diet, Health At Every Size (HAES) philosophy . Helen is passionate about integrating elite nutrition science/evidence-based strategies with respect to individual autonomy, culture and context. Therefore, my client-centred approach aims to put the person in the drivers seat of their health & performance journey
